No experience is necessary to take advantage of a calmer, more capable you in our Mindfulness Meditation class. Instead, just show up whenever you feel like you want to take back control of your life and emotions, and we’ll show you effective ways to let go of all the physical and emotional stress that’s holding you back so you can live less frantically, and more productively.
HardCORE Mother
HardCORE Mother is a new, innovative class that focuses on empowering new mothers as they navigate their postpartum bodies, regain their strength and functionality, and become the best new moms they can be! This class will primarily walk moms through retraining their abdominals, enhancing pelvic floor function, and preventing injuries by practicing safer movement.
Instant Pot Soups + Stews
Almost everyone has an Instant Pot, but not everyone truly understands the power of its full meal preparation potential. If that’s you, you’re going to love our Instant Pot Soups + Stews class! Our own Holistic Health Coach Jaclyn Renee is going to teach anyone who’s interested all the best tips, tricks, and recipes for making every meal you make in your Instant Pot easier, healthier, and infinitely more delicious!
Children’s Food Empowerment
Nowadays, parents have so much more to worry about when it comes to food.
